"This has been the perfect first home and I am quite sad to be leaving! It’s a lovely bright flat and all of the rooms have been renovated during my time here. The Warner flats have so much character and as they were purpose built self-contained flats you have more space than a traditional Victorian conversion, the storage is excellent. In the time i’ve lived here the Blackhorse/ St James Street area has evolved a lot, from the bars/cafes at Crate to Truman Social Club and the ‘Blackhorse Beer Mile’ there are plenty of places to go out with friends. The Wetlands are a short walk away and it’s a beautiful place for a lunchtime stroll. Transport links are great as you’re close to both the Victoria line at Blackhorse Road and the overground at St James Street.
