“We fell in love with this beautiful sunny flat the moment we first saw it and it breaks our hearts to leave it, as finding a home with such character and lovely atmosphere is rare. We have very much enjoyed the quiet and the many birds visiting the garden, and the secluded luscious green view from our living room, and cosy winter evenings by the fire. The neighbours are lovely and there is a real community spirit in the area. Having Loyd Park around the corner has been fantastic, especially during the pandemic, with its walking and running tracks, designed gardens, moat and cafés. We highly recommend the farmer's market on Saturdays and the many interesting exhibitions on show at the William Morris Gallery. If you lived here you are also near many good restaurants and pubs, the Rose and Crown being our favourite. Also, having the doctors surgery, chemist, shops & post office on the doorstep makes for easy everyday life.."
