The flat is very well-located. It's 10-12 mins walk to the following Underground Stations: Stockwell, Clapham North, Clapham Common, and the new Nine Elms Station. (The Victoria Line from Stockwell only takes 10 minutes to get to Green Park.) the apartment is only 5 mins walk to the Wandsworth Road Overground Station. There are regular buses, the 87/77 buses, to Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Waterloo, and there is also a good bus service to Chelsea Bridge and Battersea, the 452.
I'm a supportive and respectful individual who enjoys relaxing and having some good conversation. As a private tutor and writer i'm often marking essays or writing my book so gone are the days when this used to be a party-flat!
The bedroom is a medium-sized double and furnished but there might be an option to store away or replace some items if there are some furnishings you would prefer to bring.
There is a spacious sitting room that includes Sky Q and a good BT internet Wi-Fi.
Bills amount to £110 per month approx (includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV license).
A work reference and a character/landlord reference would be required before contracts are signed.
