The kitchen is well-sized and equipped with all the facilities you’ll need to enjoy a quiet night in cooking, or a lazy morning brunch. The master bedroom comes equipped with a large wardrobe, ideal for travellers enjoying a long stay with many items of clothing, while the other two bedrooms are well-sized and give a great view of the streets below. There are two bathrooms, one of which is especially unique, with a keyhole-shaped tub, and dedicated shower section, as well as a large sink – ideal for soaking after a long day. Additionally, there is a private terrace garden, with outdoor sofas and tables so that you can enjoy the occasional meal or drink outdoors, or just cosy up with a blanket and a book on a warm evening. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also offers a spacious balcony, ideal to relax during warm weather days.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.
Located in one of London’s most charming residential areas, you’re only one Northern Line tube ride away from the centre of the city, but you’ll have plenty of amenities available to you throughout the areas of Angel and Islington. There are a host of brunch spots, bars, restaurants and even kebab shops if you’re so inclined. The Regent’s canal is also nearby, offering you picturesque walking routes that can take you closer to the city centre, or further afield.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted.
The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
