The kitchen has been fully refurbished and stocked with all the necessary amenities and utensils that you’ll need should you wish to eat in. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed lined with luxurious throws, and offers views of the cityscape from its glass walls. The second bedroom is additionally well-sized and can sleep an extra two guests. The bathroom features showering facilities and a toilet for your private usage. You’ll be located on the 12th floor of an apartment complex, so you’ll be able to enjoy maximum comfort and privacy during your stay. As the home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale, the apartment must be prepared for viewings when they happen. So once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
