If you lived here…

You'll be stretching out in an enviably spacious suite of rooms, with the front reception alone totalling almost 200 square feet, every inch flooded with natural light courtesy of the expansive window set, including a patio door out to your private balcony, the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine along with the pleasant leafy green views.

Back inside you have attractive cork flooring underfoot throughout, it's especially striking in the kitchen, nicely setting off the handsome dark timber countertops and sleek white suite of cabinets. Again, the windows look over the leafy green views to tremendous effect. Elsewhere your master bedroom's a substantial double of 140 square feet, with pristine white walls. Bedroom two (currently in use as a study) is another stylish double while your bathroom's handsomely decked out with a vintage vanity sink and tub-to-ceiling metro tiling.

Outside, you have the open green spaces of Stoke Newington Common, North Millfields Rec and (our personal favourite) the fabulous Hackney Downs all within easy reach every time you fancy getting back to nature - or you could just relax among the development grounds. Upper Clapton Road, with its expansive choice of shops, restaurants and gastropubs, is also just moments from your front door, with local legends The Clapton Hart and The Crooked Billet both well worth a visit.

A word from the owner....

"Located on a quiet and leafy street with lots of green open spaces nearby, for us this has been the perfect first step on the property ladder and we have loved living in this flat. At the rear of the building is a large communal garden with well-established trees, which is a peaceful and sunny spot for reading in the summer or enjoying a chat with the neighbours.

We regularly enjoy runs or walks along Lea Valley, Hackney Marshes, Olympic Park and Walthamstow Wetlands which are all connected and nearby. Hackney Downs is also around the corner, where you can enjoy a delicious brunch at Brunswick East Bakehouse or walk around the growing communities market on a Saturday for a tahini bun and to buy fresh vegetables, fish, meat and dairy directly from farmers.

There are many great pubs and restaurants in Clapton and Stoke Newington, as well as a wide selection of venues offering exercise classes – our favourites are at Blok and The Well Garden. The flat is a five-minute walk from either Clapton or Rectory Road stations, and is just a short cycle into central London."
