Follow this road into the village, with the Trewellard Arms on your left hand side turn right passing the petrol station where the access for the property is immediately on your left hand side.

Agents note: The property has had a drilling site investigations dated 2002, conclusions below. Following a concrete screening in June 2001 the property was categorised as grade A. Prospective purchasers are advised to make their own enquiries.

Conclusions: Voids are present at the position of Stennack Shaft as based on the csma report as shown on Figure 9. This shaft however, would lie outside the boundary of the property.
Void or filled voids exist at the position of Stennack Shaft as based on the cms report as shown of Figure 9. This shaft does lie within the property.
A lode structure (Stennack Lode) probably does outcrop at the position identified in the cms report and that "filled" voids are associated with it as shown on Figure 9.
A subsidiary pass beneath or very close to the bungalow as shown on Figure 9.

Should further investigation be considered necessary, it is recommended that the position of Stennack shaft based on the cms study as shown on Figure 9 be excavated by means of jcb. Unfortunately this form of intrusive investigation would involve considerable disturbance to the occupants and would entail removal of a portion of the driveway.
