the lodge... attik are delighted to market this lovely, pre-owned, 2007 two bedroom holiday lodge which boasts a stylish and neutral décor with a spacious open plan kitchen and family area. The well-equipped kitchen includes fitted wall and base units, a kitchen sink under the window, gas hob and double oven with extractor over along with a generous cupboard which also houses the boiler along with space for a fridge under the counter. The spacious family area includes a number of windows that give a bright and airy feel and benefits from a large comfy corner sofa adjacent to a gas fire, perfect for catching up on your favourite tv shows and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The dining area boasts a relaxed and convenient style booth-seating to enjoy a home cooked meal or take away from the park's restaurant.

The lodge features two brilliantly sized bedrooms, one set up as a single and benefits from some added storage and could be used as a double, whilst bedroom one occupies a fantastic space with a lovely window looking out to the side and comes complete with a triple wardrobe and overhead storage. Both bedrooms are served by the attractive, bright and airy family shower room which comes complete with a shower enclosure and basin along with a separate wc cloakroom.

The grounds and parking... This Atlas Nevada Super holiday lodge has not been sited as of yet. The plot location can be discussed with the holiday park at the point of sale.

Lifestyle & location... Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park enjoys a fantastic coastal location, just minutes away from a stunning beach along the Sunrise Coast.

Felixstowe is an attractive Victorian town, known as the 'Garden Resort of the East Coast'. This is due to it's extensive and beautiful gardens, situated along it's long, level promenade and in the town centre. The seafront gardens are listed on the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of National Importance, you are in the perfect spot to do some exploring!

There is a great selection of facilities on the park, you'll find a fantastic heated indoor swimming pool complete with flume - ideal for younger guests and those who are just young at heart, a family clubhouse complete with restaurant which was recently refurbished in 2021, family bar, amusement and arcade area, plus an adventure playground and mini-mart shop! Even though Felixstowe Beach is not an entertainment park, during the school summer holidays the park provides fantastic toe-tapping live cabaret shows - perfect for the whole family to enjoy!

Don't forget to visit Southwold and the Suffolk coast during your stay, it's one of those must-see places, and boasts a gorgeous Blue Flag beach.

Agents notes... Please note that the lodge is available for use and occupancy for 11.5 months of the year from 1st March - 14th February. Access to the park is available from 10am - 4pm daily throughout the closed period.

All Holiday homes at Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park are subject to annual fees (payable in advance or on direct debit) such as insurance, utility bills, water and local authority rates which is an approximate cost of £487 per month.
