It’s the friendliest place I have ever lived, I honestly mean that, people here are very down to earth; our Cairo Road WhatsApp group has also helped to foster that community even more, helping bring people together.

A short ride away are two great assets and opportunities for recreation and relaxation; Epping Forest/ Hollow Ponds to the east and Lea Valley/ Walthamstow Marshes/ Marina to the West. Not many places in London have such wild escapes from urbanity on their doorstep.
