A fully detached property set in a small valley near the top of the hill above the picturesque village of St Dogmaels a few miles from the sea and beautiful Pembrokeshire coastal walks.

Very sorry, but as this is usually a holiday let cottage and needs to be kept in very good order, it would not be suitable for families with younger children (under the age of 8).

The property is surrounded on most sides by fields and small woods. There are a few neighbouring houses dotted around up and down the quiet country lane here, they are not very visible and over 40 metres away behind trees.

The cottage in question is between the two other cottages of the owner's property on each side, one of which is usually empty and the other is solely occupied by the landlord.

It has an electric heating system (storage heaters) and a mid-sized high-quality wooburner in the living room (electric bill is paid by the tenant as an additional to the rental amount per month).

There are no water bills or sewage costs to pay and fibre broadband internet may be inclusive in the rental price. The cottage has a spring water supply to it's taps from a spring that comes up from deep under the hill and is piped into the house. This is possible to easily switch to mains water on request.

There is plenty of off-road parking in the large private enclosed yard. (Please ignore street maps view as it is 18 years out of date and the property looks totally different now under the new ownership).

Note: this cottage had a renovation in 2019 and is fully furnished with all appliances (some almost brand new), beds, crockery etc.
