Directions

Follow the lane almost to the end and Culvert Cottage is the last property on the right hand side.

Culvert Cottage is situated at the west end of Kings Mill Lane on the edge of Painswick, an excellent location with the amenities of the village nearby. Painswick is a Cotswold gem, with numerous historic buildings and beautiful surrounding scenery. The village is well located for Cheltenham with good access to the M5 motorway and within 2 hours of London by road or circa 90 minutes by rail from nearby Stroud station. Stroud has a large Waitrose plus several other leading supermarkets, as well as an award winning Saturday Farmers Market. For the young there is an excellent choice of both state and private schools. The village attracts all ages and lifestyles and is an active community for those who wish to be involved. It has a challenging 18 hole golf course on the nearby Painswick Beacon and there are wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside on a network of public footpaths.
