We've lived at Hainault Court for the last eight years and still love it - the subtle Art Deco details, lovely views over Epping Forest and large rooms with loads of built-in storage. We're also lucky enough to have one of the few privately-owned garages in the development which gives us somewhere to store our bikes and tools. During lockdown we were so grateful for our unusually large and beautifully maintained communal gardens to hang out with friends and see our lovely neighbours. The location is fantastic as you have easy access to Central London via the Victoria, Central and Overground lines as well as to the pubs and shops of Walthamstow Village, the new bakeries and deli on Wood Street and the restaurants and green in Wanstead. In two minutes, you can also escape into the forest where you could almost feel you are in the countryside. We will be very sorry to leave!
