A little further away is the boating lake over Hollow Ponds and the local pubs are very good, with The Leytonstone Tavern, Rookwood Village and The Hollytree among our favourites.

We are leaving our family home to be close to our children, and it will be sorely missed, but we hope another family can love and enjoy it just as much as we have.
