A word from the owner....

"We have absolutely loved living here! Our favourite part is the huge garden and our lovely double bedroom that overlooks it. We feel very lucky to have such a big outside space in London; it’s been great for having bbqs, growing vegetables and sitting round the chiminea in the evening. In the warmer months, we spend most of our time out there. We have many happy memories in this flat, from hosting guests to starting a family and we’ll be sad to leave.
Practically the flat has been ideal for us: A big basement with so much storage room and a garden shed for extra storage too. The second bedroom being a decent sized double has meant that we’ve been able to use that room as an office, a guest room and more recently a nursery. Leyton has changed so much in the time we’ve lived here and it's a very exciting time for anyone moving here as new local breweries, coffee shops, wine shops and delis continue to pop up. Francis Road is only a 15 min walk away and the most recent Leyton hotspot Patchworks is just down the road. Our neighbours on all sides are lovely and there’s also a community mutual aid Whatsapp group that we’re a part of which is a great source of help, support and general neighbourly info. We hope that the new owners will enjoy the space, location and community as much as we have."
