"South Woodford is a great location with quick and easy access to both central London and the countryside. South Woodford is a friendly area, with lots of great shops and restaurants on the high street, which is only a 10 minute walk away. There is also a local cinema. The lovely cafe's of Wanstead are also only a 20 minute walk away, and there are a couple of great pubs to visit en route. Living here will also mean you are in easy reach of Walthamstow - in short, there's lots to do both on your doorstep and central London is an easy commute away. The flat is really close to the tube (about a 7 minute walk), and i've always felt safe in both the flat and the local area - which I really value. I've very much enjoyed having a balcony, communal gardens and a good sized second bedroom, which I use as a study and for guests."
