Condition 4 of the planning permission requires the access from Grange Lane to have a minimum width of 5m for a minimum distance of 15m from the edge of the highway carriageway.
Condition 5 of the planning permission requires the developer to submit a written scheme of investigation and undertake any required archaeological work before commencing development on site.
