From Exeter continue on the A30 towards Okehampton. At Whiddon Down take the first exit signposted Mortonhampstead. Proceed pass the service station and take the next right, the B3124 signposted North Tawton. At Bathe cross turn left signposted Okehampton. At Newland Cross, turn right towards Hatherleigh. At Sampford Courtney, continue straight over at the roundabout and continue towards Exbourne. Upon reaching Exbourne Cross proceed straight ahead and into the village, proceeding down the High Street, before turning right immediately after the pub, into Blenheim Lane. Continue along the lane for a short distance whereupon Town Living Farm will be found upon the right hand side.
