I have really loved living in this flat for the past 7 years.
It has a spacious and airy feel with high ceilings and large sash windows, bringing in a lot of natural light. The bespoke shutters and original wooden flooring helps to retain the period quality of the flat.
The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Anerley station and a 7 minute walk to Crystal Palace. Both are well connected with trains into Victoria and London Bridge as well as the overground line to Highbury and Islington. There is a bus stop less than a minute away with connections to Clapham, Bromley and a 24 hour night bus into Brixton and central London.
The Crystal Palace triangle is within walking distance with a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Anerley also has an increasingly good selection of cafes to explore.
Crystal Palace park is a 5 minute walk away to the thicket road entrance leading onto the dinosaur lake. The park is perfect for summer picnics. It is very spacious with the popular brown and greens cafe, a national sports centre and weekly 5k Park runs.
