A beautifully bright one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a striking contemporary development. Brimming with boutique chic, this a designer dream of a London home, with a wealth of Walthamstow's finest highlights within easy reach.
Among the many local attractions is London's largest nature reserve, the 500 acre Walthamstow Wetlands, just half a mile away on foot. The holder of a Green Flag award, free to enter all year round and endlessly explorable, it's the perfect escape from City life.
If you lived here…
You'll be enjoying impeccable Design & Decor throughout all of your 600 square foot living space. Your hallway's immediately impressive with light blonde hardwood underfoot, designer tower radiator and welcome wealth of fitted storage. Your bedroom's straight ahead, a substantial 150 square foot double, pristinely finished and wonderfully bright.
Next door is the heart of your new home; the 300 square foot kitchen/lounge. A hugely generous space with more of that immaculate pale hardwood underfoot, floor to ceiling windows and recessed spotlights overhead. Tucked away at one end is a sleek suite of kitchen cabinets and integrated appliances. Finally your bathroom's an utterly delectable designer affair with copper fittings and large format smoky grey tiling from floor to ceiling.
You're ideally placed here for routes into London. Blackhorse Road station is just a half mile on foot for the Victoria line (we're practically at the top of the line here so you'll always get a seat) while St James Street is just as handy for direct, twenty minute overground runs to Liverpool Street. Furthermore, just past Blackhorse Road you'll find the plentiful beer gardens and taprooms of Walthamstow's beloved Beer Mile, whilst next door to St James Street station is our latest social hub of Crate St James.
- Europe's longest street market runs the length of Walthamstow High Street and starts just three minutes from your new front door. Great for fresh produce and almost anything you can imagine.
- Among the many benefits of your new development is secure on site bike storage, well maintained communal gardens and a reassuringly long lease.
- For your new local we have to share a personal favourite. The Chequers is one of Walthamstow's best-loved gastropubs with delicious food, plenty of bright spaces and a lovely beer garden. Just ten minutes stroll away.

A word from the owner...
"We've loved our time living in the apartment since buying it new in 2018. There's a real community feel to the building as it's a small development and everyone knows each other. We have hosted BBQs in the communal garden and there's always a willing resident to walk one of the many dogs here! We've taken advantage of being so close to lots of green space with local parks, the Walthamstow Wetlands, and the Marshes all nearby.
It's really well connected by train (one of the most important features for us) with the Victoria Line and overground to Hackney and Shoreditch only a short walk away. There are also great local cafes, restaurants, independent shops, pubs and breweries all within walking distance."
