"We've loved our time living in the apartment since buying it new in 2018. There's a real community feel to the building as it's a small development and everyone knows each other. We have hosted BBQs in the communal garden and there's always a willing resident to walk one of the many dogs here! We've taken advantage of being so close to lots of green space with local parks, the Walthamstow Wetlands, and the Marshes all nearby.

It's really well connected by train (one of the most important features for us) with the Victoria Line and overground to Hackney and Shoreditch only a short walk away. There are also great local cafes, restaurants, independent shops, pubs and breweries all within walking distance."
