"The flat is in a perfect location. This is what I love most about it. It is only a 4 minutes walk from the Overground station! The line takes you directly to Liverpool Street directly in 25 minutes. All the necessary amenities are close by; Tesco is less than a minute away. There are some good restaurants close by offering a range of different cuisines. The park is a short walk away and there is a lake surrounded by woodland. It is an excellent place to go cycling and take children to. Memorial Park is also close and there are options to do sports (tennis clubs and a playing field a block away). There are also playgrounds and nurseries and excellent schools in the vicinity as well as interesting pubs and cafes. The neighbours are very friendly and we often meet up to spend time together. The Facebook group is an excellent way to communicate with other residents."
