"I had been renting in the Hampstead area for several years before I made the decision to buy a home. I was only looking in Hampstead, West and South. I found that most properties in my budget either lacked outside space or were just too small for my needs.
I had almost given up hope, when I received a call from a local agent about a property that not only had a private garden and more bedrooms than I needed, but also a 1.7-acre ‘secret garden’ that was private to the residents that back on to it.

You are also spoilt for choice with regards to local High Streets, West End Lane and Hampstead High Street are just a short walk, both have plenty of options for coffee, dining out, and local pubs. My favourite is the Holly Bush which is tucked away down a pretty side street, it has an open fire and is just perfect for a Sunday lunch.
Finchley Road has all kinds of shops, including a large Sainsburys, perfect for daily needs. There are also several Cinemas to choose from, the O2 centre, Everyman in Hampstead and an artier theatre by Swiss Cottage."
