I have a comfortable peaceful and clean home which is spacious and well cared for there is plenty of room for 2 people as i'm away 2 to 3 weeks at a time. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen and room for your favourite appliances. The bathroom has a shower which you will share with me when i'm home. The lounge diningrolm is comfortable with a smart TV. The broadband is fast and included in the rent. There is a garden front and back which can be enjoyed when the weather is fine. The bus route to bir is near by and goes past the QEhospital, Birmingham University and University station.
The highstreet which is walkable but is on a bus route has a good selection of shops. There is parking in the close which is used by the residents. If you enjoy walking or cycling there are good routes nearby. This is a nice area with friendly considerate neighbours. I've lived here for 12 years and rented the room for 8 years. All have signed a 6month lease and stayed.The longest for 4 years. The room would be suitable for someone over 30 who is a student or a doctor or anyone who would like a peaceful quiet environment to work, study or sleep on a nightshift.
