The flat has been recently painted by professionals and as you will see on viewing it can be decorated any way you like. I went for the classic Hollywood theme.
There are large windows in every room bringing in lots of light and it’s a 10-minute walk to East and West Croydon stations, which have fast and direct rail and overground links to London, Gatwick Airport and the South Coast, including Brighton, Eastbourne and Portsmouth, which I visit regularly.
The kitchen which has plenty of room is new and the second bedroom has large spanking new built-in Sharps wardrobes, with plenty of space for clothes, shoes, books and anything else you need room for (in my case my grandsons' many toys). The second bedroom also has a large internal alcove area which can be used for lots more storage.
The security is great, with two sets of security keys to get in and two sets of security entrance buzzers you can operate to let people in or keep those you don’t want around out. There are also CCTV cameras at the entry areas of the building and where the post boxes are. It all does the job and it is not intrusive to those living there.
The flat also has its own parking space which is covered by CCTV.
The quality of the flat and the building is such that young families, singles and the elderly live side by side happily, peacefully and comfortably without complaint."
