A word from the owners..."We have absolutely loved our time here in our flat on Fleeming Road, and we are genuinely very sad to leave. We didn't envision it, but after just a few months of being here we fell head over heels in love with the area. We started off as just a couple and have grown into a family with a baby and a rescue dog! We have really gotten to know all of our neighbours, some of which have become great friends. It's been the perfect home to us to start our family life, with so much going on in the local area for everyone. We've spent a lot of our time in the lovely Lloyd park which is a minutes walk away, for dog walks and family outings, not forgetting eating our way round the super tasty weekend farmers market! There are lots of activities / groups for those with young and older children in the area. You're spoilt for choice with coffee and food spots all within a 20 min walk, and have other areas of Walthamstow on your doorstep such as Blackhorse road (great breweries), the village (food heaven), wood street (more food) and gods own junkyard (more breweries!). You're also only a 5 minute drive away to access Epping Forest which is stunning for walks and peace from the city all year round. It was such a hard decision to leave the area, and we will miss the amazing community spirit greatly. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have, with Soho theatre still to come and Fellowship square & fountains only at the start of what it is to become."
