Woodville Road, London E17

Description
A gorgeous two bedroom Victorian mid terrace on a quiet turning in the heart of Walthamstow. Close to both Blackhorse Road and St James Street, with generous living spaces and garden, this brick fronted home is a beauty inside and out.

You're in a perfect position to enjoy everything the area has to offer, from everyday amenities to exciting open spaces. Transport options are plentiful and close at hand, and you're spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, from big supermarkets to tiny independents. The famous mile long High Street market takes care of the basics, while two weekend farmers' markets offer those little foodie luxuries.

If you lived here…

You'll step straight into your superb lounge-diner, a great space of almost 335 square foot. Blond engineered flooring stretches underfoot in this bright and versatile room. Storage and stairs are tucked into the corner. Your kitchen is through a door to the rear and is perfectly appointed, with two tone white and dove grey units and sink under the window. Step out from here into your garden, with lawn neatly arranged around a paved area perfect for outdoor dining.

Back inside you'll find your cheerful bathroom beyond the kitchen, part tiled in white offsetting the soft mint green walls and ceiling. There's a shower over the panel sided tub, and plenty of natural light. Upstairs are your two bedrooms, the first giving you 120 square foot of relaxing space with a view to the garden. Your main bedroom to the front has twin windows, totals 155 square feet and features elegant bespoke wardrobes to the alcoves. Soft carpet lies underfoot.

You're less than fifteen minutes on foot from Blackhorse Road station, meaning you can be at Kings Cross in half an hour door to door. It's also around the same distance to St James Street for the Overground to Liverpool Street. You're five minutes from Sainsbury's, and it's under a mile to Lloyd Park, where you can take a turn around the William Morris Gallery or just relax among the greenery.

A word from the owners...

"We love the area, the street is very quiet and ideally located in Walthamstow.
We're right in the middle of all the best bits of Walthamstow and its the North you have Lloyds park and the weekend market, to the East you have the High Street with The Village and Sunday Market, to the West you have the Wetlands and the breweries and to the South we have St James Street's Cafes, Box Park, Park and outdoor spaces. And, if you feel like a drive, Epping Forest is very close too. This summer we splashed about in the town hall's new fountains with a few refreshing pints.
We easily walk to Lidl or Sainsbury's to grab some groceries in five minutes. St James Street and Blackhorse road are roughly 10 minutes walk away so we feel really connected to London. Every now and then we treat ourselves to a Bonners fish & chips which is just around the corner!
There are also some excellent schools and nursery's close by."
