"We have loved living here and we are only moving for more space for our family. It is so quiet here and guests always comment on this day or night. Parking is always tricky in London but you have one resident permit for the year here with plenty of spaces. Being the top floor flat the light is fantastic throughout the flat and there are stunning sunsets you can see from the kitchen and living room. The local Jubilee Park, cafe and huge play area is 1 minute walk from the flat. The local area has changed so much in the last few years. The pub at the end of the street 'Hare and Hounds' is great with different events throughout the week and a large garden and sheltered area outside. 'Lighthuas Cafe' is a short walk away, as is the new coffee shop 'Shed'. Also a new cafe and event space 'Patchworks' has opened just this last month. You can walk to Hackney Marshes through Jubilee Park and also walk to Hackney Wick along the Canal. The bus links are frequent to Walthamstow and Leyton overground and underground. Lea Bridge Station is 11 minutes walk and only 1 stop direct to Stratford."
