A word from the owner...

"Our time in this house has been enjoyable and as can be seen from the list of works completed over the last three years, we did not expect that we would be leaving any time soon. All of the work has been completed carried out with the expectation that we would be living here for another 4-5 years at least. We are however moving thanks to an unexpected job opportunity.
While the primary motivation to purchase this house was the easy access to transport links to the centre of London (St James Street Station is only three minutes walk and the Victoria line is 15 minutes on foot or 5 on a bike) it is entirely fair to say that the area has really developed in a very positive way over the last five years. It is especially true for restaurants, bars, and other social opportunities which really are wonderful now. We particularly enjoy the easy access to the Walthamstow wetlands and the numerous parks (St James', Coppermills, Springfield) that are within easy walking distance, even with a toddler!
