You won't have to pay a deposit or agent's fees, just the first 2 week's upfront rent when signing your contract for you new home. During your appointment, we'll also do a financial assessment for you, in case we can help with any financial support. We will work with you to get your rent account 4 weeks in advance in a way to suit your current income. If your circumstances prevent you paying 2 weeks up front, we will agree an affordable re-payment plan with you so don't worry, but we do require 1 weeks rent upfront as a minimum.
