You will be sharing the flat with one female professional in her early forties. I am looking for a considerate, clean, and friendly flatmate to replace my outgoing ones who are moving up north for work. I like to share the occasional meal/drink with my flatmates, while also happy to have my own life. Please note that I would prefer to live with only one more person.
