"There are so many things I love about this house from the lovely open and airy space downstairs with the whole back of the house opening up into the garden to having my morning coffee on the fabulous roof terrace. It's a lovely peaceful location that doesn't feel like part of a housing estate, the open space out the front is so nice to look out onto and there's very few cars because it's not a through road. The artificial grass makes the front garden easy to maintain and the large back garden means there's always a place to find sun or shade at any time of the day.
The home office is probably my favourite feature, the separation of walking, even that short distance, helps me get into 'work mode' and it always feels like a proper work space although flexible enough to be changed to a gym or even a bar in the future.
Finally, the car port - I didn't realise how great a car port was until I had one - I never have to de-ice my car and I can go in and out of the garage without getting wet!"
