The transport links - in a 7 min walk we have access in the same place to 1) the tube - 5 stops from Bond Street, perfect to go for a shopping spree, 2) the Thameslink that put you right in the centre of the city district in 10 mins and 3) the overground, 2 stops from Hampstead Heath where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful London Parks

The flat became too small for our family and we have to sell - but we love the area so much that our next home will continue to be in West Hampstead
What's the area like?
Lively with plenty of families and young couples
What is parking like?
You can get a resident permit from Camden Council for a fee - parking is not difficult - both our neighbours own cars and they always park on our street
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
The road is quiet both during the day and at night
i'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property?
I can work from home easily here - in the summer you can work from the balcony which is an added benefit
What's the internet like?
The speed of the internet is good and we have both been working from home without any issues
What's the boiler like?
The boiler is perfectly fine and was served this year
