"I purchased this flat at the end of last year with a view to stay long term, but i'm now planning on buying a new place to share with my partner, which is a bit of a shame as I spent almost the whole year renovating the place to a very high standard. It's a lovely quiet flat, and being end of terrace and on a closed road it's incredibly peaceful. Chestnut fields is just across the road for some green space and is the local dog owners hang out, and the newly refurbished town hall is a lovely addition with markets and a coffee stall that does an excellent flat white!
Wood Street is just around the corner with all its bakeries shops and cafes, plus the new Clapton craft tap room and the Duke pub, and the village is just up the road. It's a very well located flat, and Lloyd Park is 10 minutes up Forest Road.
