We had sold our 4 bed house in Woosehill and were looking for the next step up the ladder. We needed additional storage and larger bedrooms, somewhere with the potential to create more space as our family grew. We fell in love with the great layout the house offered, 4 double bedrooms and the potential to extend into the large loft space to create a 5th bedroom master suite. The modern décor was a big plus, everything was almost new having only been lived in a few years.

The open, spacious kitchen sealed it for us. It is a lovely space for entertaining and for the children to play or do homework whilst cooking. The kitchen at the rear of the house was a must for us, to be able to watch the children play, something we lacked in our previous house. The study was an added bonus and given lockdown and subsequent remote working it has been invaluable! The extra storage in the garage to house additional fridge/freezer, gym equipment, bikes, camping gear was a big plus point too.

We have realised we will be hard pushed to find such a great location for our next home – friendly neighbourhood, excellent school catchments, proximity to the motorway and walking distance to town. We will certainly miss the Ludgrove walks, nearby playgrounds and the family friendly pubs around Montague Park.
