"This home is going to be so hard to leave! It has brought Rich and I so much joy having gotten engaged, married and had two children while we have been here.
The main selling point for 20 Canning Road for us was the kitchen and the flow of space downstairs. We love to entertain and it provided a huge amount of space for us to do this.
The kids have loved their various play areas with plenty room to run around and cause havoc. It’s been great to have the large bright room on the third floor for family who have come to stay.
The house is brilliantly central in that you are 5 minutes from the high street and various shops and equally 5 minutes from various fun play parks for the kids.
Blackhorse road is a 5 minute walk from here and Walthamstow central a comfortable 15 minute walk.
