I bought the apartment four years ago after it was renovated. I lived in it for two years and have rented it out for the past couple of years. It ticks every box and I have loved owning it. It is in such a convenient location between Clifton village, Whiteladies road, and the triangle but the bedrooms are amazingly quiet at night. It has fabulous views on both sides of the property – I have amazing photos of summer sunsets and hot-air balloons drifting over Clifton’s rooftops. And inside, the apartment itself makes life extremely comfortable. It is well-proportioned, easy to keep warm, and finished to a high standard with two great bathrooms. Needless to say, it has been extremely easy to rent out. I will really miss it but with a new job in a new location, it is time for someone else to enjoy all it has to offer.
