"Carr Road is a lovely residential street. The Warner maisonettes have generous proportions, and the stunning thing about this flat is the view over Lloyd Park. There is privacy in summer when the leaves are full of trees, and you can see the sun rise from your bedroom windows on winter mornings.

If you're working from home, the corner shop 50 yards away has a post office counter. There is also a chemist, gp surgery and an off licence all a stone's throw away, and on Wednesday mornings The Dusty Knuckle bakery van visits this end of Carr Road.
