All tenants must then sign the reservation agreement and pay the holding deposit before the property is taken off of the market. The holding deposit is one weeks worth of rent and is deducted from the first months rent payment. Tenants and guarantors will have 48 hours to fill in an online referencing form and then 14 days from that point to complete the referencing with a successful outcome. All payments to Q Estate Agents must be paid by the lead tenant on behalf of the whole group.
