How to move forwards with this property

Should a prospective Tenant/s wish to move forwards with this property they will need to be able to complete a pre-tenancy application. If this application is successful they will then need to place a holding deposit. This will be equivalent to a maximum of 1 week's rent (£519.23) based on the rent being £2,250.00. The referencing process will then begin.
What happens before the tenancy can start

Once the referencing process has been completed successfully, the tenancy agreement will be sent to Landlord and Tenant to esign.
