The land
Klp are delighted to offer for sale this parcel of land, situated to the north-east of Stella Road and to the east of Windmill Gardens in Paignton. The land extends to approximately 0.11ha / 0.28 acres although an additional section of a further 0.04ha / 0.09 acres (as indicated in blue on the plan overleaf) may be available by separate negotiation. The land is currently partly vegetated with shrubs and small trees, with the southern part to the rear of dwellings off Stella Road being existing gardens.
The land slopes steeply from west to east, where it adjoins rear gardens of properties situated on Occombe Valley Road.
A footpath linking Stella Road and Occombe Valley Road adjoins the southern boundary of the additional section of land.
In the Agents opinion, interested parties may include those wishing to acquire a parcel of local amenity land, nearby owners of residential property seeking potential to extend existing garden areas, or investors/developers who may have a view to the possibility of some form of development in the future.
