"We love living here. The flat is deceptively cavernous and has been a wonderful home to us. I have lived in Walthamstow for 8 years and you really should believe the hype, its amazing here. As a couple we have got engaged, got married and are now expecting a baby all since moving in so it definitely has good vibes. Before during and after lockdown the flat has been the most calm and peaceful home for us with a fantastic community within the building, who we will miss dearly. The building is amazingly efficient proven by the fact that and we have only had to put the heating on about 10 times since we moved in.
The flat couldn’t be in a more convenient location as we can get to Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus or even Hampstead Heath in 20 mins on the other Walthamstow line. The village is 5 minutes away and Blackhorse RoadBrewery’s only a 20minute walk (or 45 minute stumble home). We will be super sad to leave but we certainly won’t be going far."
