Planning permission was granted in 2015 for a erection of a new 4 bedroom detached house south of number 20 Homefield Road in Worthing. Due to the planning permission and building work started in July 2015 the council confirmed that work had taken place and granted a certificate of completion. Building regulations are required to continue the initial permissions.
Measurements of the plot is 10 metres wide by 49 metres length.

The owner is in the process of re-registering the land in her name only and this was started in January 2022.
