House For Sale £550,000
Ashow, Kenilworth CV8

Description
Beautiful neo-tudor cottage ~ fabulous ashow location ~ grade II listed

This stylish and aesthetically pleasing property is available for sale after almost 40 years and is situated in one of South Warwickshire's finest villages. Believed to date back to the mid nineteenth century, the property retains many original features including leaded casement windows, sandstone plinths, and mock timber framing.

Approached to the front via a block paved driveway, the internal accommodation briefly comprises Entrance Hall, Kitchen/Diner, large Living Room, Conservatory, Utility/WC and rear Lobby. To the first floor are 2 double Bedrooms, Study, Bathroom and walk-in Closet.

Externally, the rear garden is a treasure trove of mature shrubs and hedgerows, with large lawn area and patio to the rear of the house. Beyond is a summer house and then a footbridge leads across the village brook to the further garden/vegetable plot. The garden faces south west and enjoys day long sunshine.

With further potential being a big selling point, there are plans available for inspection that could potentially (subject to planning) enlarge and enhance the existing living space, whilst retaining the fabulous style and character of the original house.

Please call Elizabeth Davenport on and ask for Charlotte who will be able answer any questions and make viewing arrangements.

Location

Ashow is a small village located approximately 2.5 miles south east of central Kenilworth. According to the last census (2011) the parish had a population of 108.
