Description
A perfectly pristine two bedroom Victorian terrace home with patio garden on a tree-lined street in our Leyton Grange Estate. With handy transport links, go-to spot Francis Road and natural retreats all close by, this is an excellent find.

Jack Cornwell Park is a mere two minutes' walk down the street, with Brooks Farm, a working city farm and petting zoo, just the other side of it. If you fancy stretching your legs further then Leyton Jubilee Park is less than half a mile from your front door and home to the KukooLaLa Cafe and Feel Good Too Sports Centre.

If you lived here...

You'll be relaxing in your 105 square foot lounge with leafy views through those elegant plantation shutters, handsome timber floorboards and natural light bouncing throughout the space courtesy of that south-east facing aspect. Next door and the dining room is 140 square feet and home to bespoke built-in storage, vintage flourishes including a ceiling rose, plus access to the bathroom, a bright and beautiful space with a rainfall shower over the tub and chevron tiling contrasting with sleek grey large format tiles.

Next up and your gorgeous, skylit kitchen comes with a stately charcoal suite of cabinets, white metro tiled backsplash and a recessed Belfast sink. It all leads out to the low-maintenance and barbecue-perfect twenty foot rear patio garden, with a bed to the rear perfect for the green-fingered. Back inside and your principal bedroom comes in at a spacious 150 square feet, while bedroom two's just as immaculate and a generous 110 square foot double.

Outside and your enviable Leyton locale is blessed with plenty of treasures right at your fingertips. Gravity Well Taproom is nestled into a railway arch by Leyton Midland Road station for a kaleidoscopic range of artisanal craft beers, while Perky Blenders across the road caters for coffee lovers and John Dory's seafood always hits the spot. Francis Road's just as close for an ever-evolving choice of independent cafes, shops and bars jostling for attention on this part-pedestrianised street. From Marmelo Kitchen to Yardarm, Zaxx to Morny Bakehouse, there's something for every mood or occasion here.

A word from the owner....

"We moved to Leyton just over 5 years ago and have loved our time here! Whilst the area is fun and vibrant, the best thing about Byron Road is that it's a quiet road with a warm, community feel. Our neighbours are super friendly and we have a street whatsapp group to keep in touch. We're lucky to have so many local gems on our doorstep too. Our favourites include Perky Blenders for coffee, Morny for sweet treats and Deeney's for the most delicious toasties. There are plenty of green spaces to enjoy too - from Jack Cornwall Park at the end of the
road, and Jubilee Park a short walking distance away. This has been a very happy home for the last 5 years, filled with great memories. We hope the new owners will love living here as much as we have."
