As a first property I couldn't have been happier with it. It was perfect for me as I commute to London and it's proximity to the station is amazing, only a 2 minute walk! Buses into Sutton and Croydon are also right outside the front door.

The area itself is also great with plenty of amenities on the doorstep and a Tesco right downstairs is a big convenience!

The flat itself is cosy and secure and the building feels very safe. It's also very cheap to run and always warm. I will be very sad to say goodbye!
