Additional Details About The Property

Brightwell is a small village between Ipswich and Waldringfield. This property has a sceptic tank for drainage which, as is usual in these circumstances, is shared between the four/five cottages in the terrace. The sceptic tank has recently been emptied and has had work done to it in recent years. Situated in the garden of number 1, it is emptied about three times a year at an average cost of £30 each time per household, making it cheaper than mains sewerage!

There is no mains gas to these properties. The current seller uses bottled calor gas to supply the woodburner in the lounge and the gas hob in the kitchen.
