Seller's Insight

”We have absolutely loved living at 68 Vincent Square - the quietness and views of the beautiful greenery of the square are quite a gem in the midst of Central London, not to mention the opportunity to play tennis on the square and the close proximity to so many bustling local amenities.

Having been fortunate enough to have had a long square-facing balcony, we have enjoyed many a weekend breakfast or summer's supper al fresco with merely the sound of the leaves rustling on the trees. It really is such a tranquil place to live. In latter years we have converted our spare double bedroom into a baby room so that our little one can also enjoy the outdoor space, as well as the beautiful gardens in the communal area, which are always a delight to spend time in. The large windows of our flat - which all face the square - allow beaming sunlight into all the rooms, which really lightens up the day when we're working from home!

The convenience of living so close to so many amazing London attractions has been brilliant. We have ended many an evening enjoying a stroll home after dinner or a show in the West End. Also, we regularly walk to the Sloane Square area for the Saturday food markets or to do a little shopping. The close proximity this location affords to so many cultural hotspots and buzzy restaurants is such a highlight.

Having been involved in local community groups, it really is such a charming square to live on with such wonderful people and we couldn't recommend it more.

We have certainly found 68 Vincent Square to be an incredibly safe place to live with its 24hr/7day security. The luxury of being able to keep a car safely in the underground car park has been really fantastic - not to mention the opportunity now available to install an electric car charging point, which is a huge asset. The building is very well maintained making it a very desirable place to live.

Needless to say, we are very sad to be leaving this wonderful home!”
