What The Owners Say

"We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked up the driveway. The setting is incredible with the view over to the Oast house and woodland beyond! Waking up to the surround sound of birdsong each day is just a joy. We bought it as a project, somewhere we could do up. A little sanctuary we could call home. Our friends and family helped us refurbish it prior to us extending out over the site of the old garage, so not only has it been a labour of love but it's allowed us to create some very special memories in the process.

We’re spoilt for choice for walking routes and places to visit from here and we spend much of our spare time walking the dogs through the woods, at the nearby Garrington or Woolton Farm (home of Pip Cider), or driving to our favourite coastal spots of Sandwich Bay, Deal, Broadstairs, Margate (a mini Shoreditch by the sea) and Whitstable. We often think it’s like being permanently on holiday, with so much to see and do, including so many fabulous foodie places to try, such as The Pig at Bridge, The Dog at Wingham and Fordwich Arms.

We love Littlebourne, it has a thriving community with a successful football team, awesome cricket club including an active youth section, brilliant scout group and fitness and toddler groups to name but a few centred around the Village recreation ground and hall. Living here also means we are lucky enough to be in the catchment areas of some amazing primary and secondary schools, including several grammars.

This has been a fantastic place to call home and we’ve had such a happy time here. We are sure that whoever lives here after us will have a wonderful time calling it home, as we have. We’re not moving far away… not with all this on our doorstep. For us, it’s time to start a new project!"
