Leave Bourton on the Water via Lansdowne, proceed to the T junction and turn left along the A429 towards Northleach, opposite The Old Prison take a left hand turn at the traffic lights. Proceed into Northleach. The property can be found on your right hand side before The Wheafsheaf Inn.
