Door in second bay from left under 4-centred arch. 2-light window over door at first floor, otherwise windows all of 3 lights and unusual : Lights are pointed and with hollow moulded mullions, glazed in diamond lattice pattern; square surround below hood mould on labels. Modillion eaves cornice below gabled roof. Central ridge stack with twin flues, each decorated with diaper and rosette moulded bricks. C20 ridge stack to right.

Runham is a delightfully unspoilt, small Broadland village, with large areas open space and on the banks of the River Bure. Directions
