Warranty Cover
The warranty cover for the property will be with Premier or NHBC. This is an insurance backed warranty. Details are attached. More information will be included at the commencement of construction work.

Health & Safety as a visitor to the development
If you wish to visit the site during construction, a request should be made in advance in writing or by email. We will send the health and safety information sheet for visiting the site when we confirm the appointment. Please pre-arrange any site meetings with the contact referred to above.

Legals
A full legal pack including contract and title documentation will be provided to your nominated solicitor in due course.

Maintenance and Services
Homeowners will pay an annual service and maintenance fee of £400, which will include payment for sewage services (a private system) and maintenance of common areas and private roads. The charge will be index linked and subject to any applicable VAT (currently zero-rated).

Build Standards
The homes will be built in accordance with, and often to a standard exceeding, current national building regulations. More specific details can be provided on request.
